General Information

 

Selections: Hors d’oeuvres, Cake, Dinner menu selection should be made no later than two months prior to the function date.

 

Food: Choose three butlered hors d'oeuvres, two entrees, one vegetable and one starch. All dinner entrees come with, coffee, tea, butter and rolls. Custom Menus Available. Vegetarian Option Available

 

Tax and Service Charge: Prices do not include 6% state tax and 20% service charge.

 

Deposits: A deposit of $1000.00 is required to guarantee a function. 25% is due 6 months prior to function. 25% is due 3 months prior to function. Balance due 5 days before function.

 

Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Holiday Inn Lansdale. All Deposits and Payments are non-refundable.

 

Final Count: Preliminary function head counts must be provided 2 weeks in advance. Final head counts should be called into the Sales Office no later than 5 business days prior to the function. Such number shall constitute a guarantee, not subject to reduction and all charges will be made accordingly.
